Step 02 · RegistrationCreate Your VT Markets Account

  • Complete registration. Log in to the VT Markets Client Portal to confirm your account has been created successfully.

Step 03 · ComplianceVerify Your Account (KYC)

Verification is a legal requirement for all regulated brokers. You'll need to upload two documents:

  • Valid passport
  • Driver's licence
  • Government-issued ID card

Step 04 · Risk TrainingSet Up a Demo Account First

  • Navigate to Accounts, then tap Create Demo Account.
  • Select a Demo Balance amount.
  • Connect to MT5 once the demo account is created.
  • Practise placing trades on XAU/USD (Gold) with virtual money. Zero risk to your real funds.
  • Learn how MT5 works — stop losses, take profits, lot sizes, opening and closing positions.
  • Complete at least 25 demo trades before going live. This separates consistent traders from gamblers.
  • Follow the Motion FX Telegram signals on demo first. Get comfortable with the setups before risking real money.
💡 TIP: Don't rush this step. The traders who spend time on demo are the ones who stay profitable on live.

Step 05 · InfrastructureDownload the Required Apps

You'll need these three essential apps — each one does a different job:

  • MT5 (MetaTrader 5)The platform where you place and manage all your trades. Search "MetaTrader 5" in your app store.
  • TelegramReceive live signals, education & connect with the Motion FX community. Search "Telegram".
  • TradingViewFree charting and analysis tool to read gold price movements. Search "TradingView".

Step 06 · Terminal LinkingConnect Your MT5 Account

Open your email and search for "MT5" — VT Markets will have sent your MT5 login number and password there after registration.

  • Open MT5 and tap Manage Accounts.
  • Search for VT Markets inside MT5.
  • Choose Demo or Live server as appropriate.
  • Select the correct server listed in your registration email.
  • Enter your MT5 Login Number from the email.
  • Enter your MT5 Password from the email.
  • Tap Sign In to confirm the connection.
  • If your balance appears correctly in MT5 — you are connected and ready to trade.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Manually enter your login details rather than copy and paste — this reduces login errors. If your balance shows correctly in MT5, you are connected and ready to trade.

Step 07 · Final StepJoin the Motion FX Telegram
